PALOUSE FALLS
The Palouse River cuts through the Columbia Basalt, plunging 180 feet into the canyon. On April 21, 2009, Tyler Bradt ran the falls in a kayak setting an unofficial world record for the highest waterfall run. The falls almost looks small from this perspective, but people sun bathing at top of the falls look like ants. This is truly an awe-inspiring scene - Palouse Falls after the sun sets, Palouse State Park, Washington.
