FROZEN MINNEAHAHA
Despite "No Trespassing" barricades at the entrance to Minnehaha Falls during the winter, the frozen waterfall is popular winter attraction for Minnesotans. The view from above the falls is amazing; however, climb up a slippery slope, venture behind a stone terrace carved out over by the erosive powers of the river and enter a truly unique environment! Listen to the water trickle through the ice, watch the icicles drip, and stare at the glowing blue ice!
